Flow cytometry

I have participating in the development of several R(BioC) packages for flow cytometry data assessment and analysis. For a detailed list have a look here on the Bioconductor website.

Next November, I will be presenting the use of Bioconductor packages for visualisation and analysis of flow cytometry data at the 5th International Conference on the Analysis of Microbial Cells at the Single Cell Level, during the session entitled « From data analysis to mathematical modelling”.  This conference will take place from November 5th to 8th 2011 in Carry-le-Rouet (near Marseilles).
